Teriyaki-Sesame and Ginger Salmon

Teriyaki, Ginger & Sesame Salmon 


½ cup minced fresh Ginger
¼ cup un-toasted Sesame seeds

3-4 chopped fresh Garlic cloves

½ cup Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

1 tablespoon Siracha sauce

4 teaspoons Sesame oil 


Combine all ingredients together, and whisk. Rinse fresh salmon filets, and spoon topping over salmon in greased metal baking dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 475.
